Furniture Delivery and Pickup

For a minimal fee, basic delivery without obstructions is available. Additional fees will be charged accordingly for heavy, over scaled items, items that have to be modified to fit through doorways, elevators, up stairs, through windows or lifted by crane.

Pick-up Details

Please call or email 24 hours ahead to confirm your pickup. Be sure to bring a copy of your invoice when picking up your items.

Measuring Before You Order

  • Before ordering furniture, mattresses and fixtures, it’s the client’s responsibility to measure every entryway, hallway and staircase into your home and to make sure that items will fit.

  • Delivery fees are non refundable.

  • A Delivery Measuring Service for the Greater Montreal Area is available for a minimal fee.

Preparing for Your Delivery

  • To prepare your home for a safe and quick delivery, be sure to position rugs in their proper place, remove any frames or artwork from walls that might be susceptible to damage, secure any low-hanging light fixtures, remove any doors as needed and move pets to a separate room.

  • If you live in a building that requires using an elevator, be sure to book its use in advance.

  • During the winter, please make sure to clear snow and ice from driveways and walkways to ensure the safety of your items and our delivery team.

Inspecting Your Merchandise

  • Although our team thoroughly inspects every product before it leaves our warehouse, please take time to properly inspect your merchandise for any damage or manufacturer’s defects.

  • Many items are hand-crafted and are made from natural materials. Variations from floor models, photos or swatches are to be expected.

  • Upon pick-up or delivery, you will be asked to sign an acceptance of your merchandise and affirm that it is free of damage and manufacturer’s defects.

  • If you should notice any damage or manufacturer’s defects upon delivery of your furniture, you must note it on the receipt while our delivery team is in your home so that we can properly assess the nature of the issue and deal with it accordingly.

  • Failure to provide immediate notification of damages or manufacturer’s defects may impede your ability to submit a claim for resolution.
